Crunchy Bananas : a kenyan dessert

Kenyan dessert - CrunchyN’Dizi (Bananas)

Ingredients :

- 8 bananas
- 125g melted butter
- 125g chopped peanuts

Instructions :
1. Steam the bananas in a large saucepan for a few seconds. Not let them become too soft.
2. Drain and roll in the melted butter. Then roll each one separately in the chopped groundnuts/peanuts.
3. Bake them in the oven for 15 minutes at 190°C.
4. Once it’s ready, add Mango ice cream and enjoy !
