Ibikoresho ku bantu 4:

- Basil

- Umunyu
- Diyayi y’umweru ml 50
- Vinaigre ya balsamic ml 35
- Olive oil ml 80

Uko bikorwa:
- Siga ku nyama divayi
- Kata ibirungo ubishyire hamwe ubipfundikize umufuniko wa plastic
- Shyira za nyama mu ruvange rw’ibirungo ubishyire muri frigo bikonje cyane
- Bikuremo wongeremo olive oil utegure umutako (dressing) ukoresheje vinaigre ya -balsamic
- Uko bakora dressing

- Utugati tureture tumeze nk’uduti ( grissini sticks) 8

- Vanga laitue na vinaigre
- Gabanya gabanya laitu ku masahani 4
- Kata za nyama z’iroti mo uduce duto cyane utugabanye ku masahani
- Taka buri sahani yose na fromage
- Bigaburane na twa tugati buri sahani ushyireho 2
