Tisane ni icyo kunywa twakwita icyayi gusa yo ikagira umwihariko wuko nta caffeine wayisangamo kuko nta majyani aba arimo. Ni icyo kunywa ushobora gutegura mu buryo bunyuranye bitewe nicyo wifuza.
